We accept any types of bikes including the following:
E-Bikes, Tandems & Recumbents of any type.
Our Rail Trail Tours have packed gravel so you will need a bike with a wider tire. If you do not have a hybrid, we can rent you one. We also have e-bikes that can be rented.

Please review our Cancellation Policy and contact us if you have any questions.
-

Yes! We are cyclists so we know what type of fuel you will need to keep you going.
-
Yes! In most cases we not only have vehicular support but we also have members of our staff riding with you too.
-
This is your vacation, so if you just aren’t feeling it, we can adjust.
-
This is a Tour, not a race. We usually roll at a pace that is more leisurely so you are able to take in the beauty all around us. We regroup at intersections so if someone wants to stop for a picture, they aren’t left behind.
-
As with most cycling events, unless there is lightning, we carry on. We will have ponchos and helmet covers available. For more, visit our Cancellation Policy
-
We cannot stock every size tube for every bike so we ask ach rider to bring two tubes with them. Our mobile mechanic is either in a nearby car or on a bike with you and will get you rolling again
-
That really depends on the day and what we have available. We try to mix it up. We aways have items like PB&J’s, Seasonal Fresh Fruit, Dill Pickles (and pickle juice), Fig Newtons, Chips, Cookies, Protein Bars, etc. There are times when we are rolling through a town with a good restaurant and we stop to eat there. Just depends on the tour and the location but you are always fed well.
-
We can put anything you need in a SAG vehicle such as food, medicine, spare e-bike battery, etc. We prefer not to hang on to ladies purses though.
We always have a mobile electric refrigerator and charging stations for e-bikes in the SAG vehicle.
-
I create a Google Doc and invite you via e-mail to join about a week out from the tour.
We prefer to provide this information last minute because sometimes conditions change last minute that are beyond our control such as rock slides, bridge or road closures or any other hazard that could compromise your safety.

We'll be glad to work with you, please use the contact form to let us know you're interested in a payment plan.
