  • Yes! We usually space out or rest stops at 15 miles so that you stay nourished and hydrated. It’s never a bad idea to bring hydration supplements and light snacks just in case you need an extra boost between comfort stops.

  • Absolutely! We have a 15 passenger van to pick you up and a box truck to pick up your bike. Our mechanic drives the box truck and can fix flats if you need help.

  • This is your vacation, so if you just aren’t feeling it, we can adjust. Options will always be given to SAG forward if you want to shorten your day. We also provide down time each day for you to rest or explore the fun small towns we will be visiting.

  • This is a Tour, not a race. Take your time to stop and take pictures along the way. Each day, you will take in amazing scenery, so we prefer that you don’t hammer past all the beauty around us.

  • As with most cycling events, unless there is lightning, we carry on. We will have ponchos and helmet covers available. For more, visit our Cancellation Policy

  • Each rider should bring two tubes and a working knowledge of how to change a flat tire. We will assist to the best of our ability. Depending on where the SAG driver is, it could take a little bit to get to you. Please have your bike serviced prior to showing up for the ride.

  • That really depends on the day and what we have available. We try to mix it up. We aways have PB&J’s but we also offer salads, deli sandwiches and sometimes even pizza. If you have food allergies, we always make accommodations to ensure you are properly fed while you are traveling with us.

  • Absolutely! We can put anything you need in a SAG vehicle such as food, medicine, spare e-bike battery, etc. We will have a cooler with ice in each SAG vehicle.

  • About one week prior to the Tour. We always ride the roads right before the tour to verify there are no rock slides, bridge or road closures or any other hazard that could compromise your safety.

The itinerary is merely a guideline because weather can dictate changes.

  • We'll be glad to work with you, please use the contact form to let us know you're interested in a payment plan.
